    Benchmade just went after Rogue Bladeworks for making aftermarket scales for their Bailout model, which is another blemish on the brand.

    I hadn't heard about this. Yes, another blemish on the brand. I understand the legal need to protect a patent but can you see the gun makers or car companies trying to shut down the after market parts industry? There maybe legal concerns I'm not aware of but.....
