I updated the Facebook page to July 25th. Glad I checked in. Ben down and out for a long while, this TN has had me down for the count pretty consistently for the last month or so.

A friend just tried to sign up online and when it come to the county to select, the drop down menu is blank and will not let him proceed. I gave him the phone number in the meantime, but someone might want to contact the appropriate person.

I think right now the event is on hold again. I thought Jedi might post about it but he hasn't.

Doug sent an email to Mmpsteve who does our fliers and posters. He modified the posters with better pics of the coaches helping the kids. That is not allowed due to the "social distancing" Doug from DNR then said all events for DNR properties are canceled thru July 4th and told Mmpsteve to hold off making anymore fliers as they may extend the cancellations longer than that.

So right now I dont know where the event stands or when we'll know for sure it's a go, but sounds like wouldn't know till July. If that's the case we need to cancel as there will be no advertising and no time for other preparations

I would assume they will want 6ft distance between coach and shooter. If thats going to be the case I say we cancel as that will not work with new shooters.

DNR is about to make a decision for all july events this week. My guess is by cob tomorrow we know.

I don't have shirts in hand at this time. Have Printcraft as well as a local company on hand to do them. If I do not know for certain by Wednesday I will probably not be able to get them in time. I still haven't received everyone's shirt size either.

Save the cash for next year. I know we could pull it off last minute but let's not kill ourselves to do it this year. Maybe instead we do a meet and shoot like old times.
