Let me start by saying that Buds has been my goto for EVERY gun purchase within the last 4 yrs and I've bought MANY!! I loved their layaway and their CS until this past layaway,,IT WILL BE MY LAST TIME BUYING FROM THEM!
I use their layaway because like the majority on here, I dont have a bottomless wallet, I have 2 kids in private school along with all the other things that a family has to contend with.
I have always spoken highly of Buds and both their layaway and CS, BOTH have failed this longtime customer and strong advocate of their online store.
First off a cpl months ago they sent me a used firearm that was promptly sent back! On my LAST layaway they wont answer any emails, ive called their cs numerous time was on hold for 30 min guy picks up the phone and cant hear me and hangs up QUICKLY!! again emails go unanwsered. Ive spent ALOT of coin at Buds. I'll find another gun store hoping local to spent my $$
