    Hey everyone!

I have a Safari Safe Company safe, bought from Menards about 8 years ago…and the pin that moves back and forth to allow/prevent the lock bars to move his broken. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone had a similar issue? 8C63FD05-0B38-4619-BCE2-A5F6CD3A7F37.jpeg

You might try Ashley Safe or James Weimer to see if they can come take a look at it. I've used both for various needs over the years and would do so again.

I'm slightly unclear what you mean about the pin. Are you able to open the safe?

If so, take the interior door covering off and you can see the entire mechanism. Below is a photo of the interior of my Cannon safe before I replaced the mechanism due to a failed keypad. Once you visually inspect the system, if you still need advice, post a photo of what you have and I'm sure someone can help you out.
