The Brady Campaign has filed suit against the LuckyGunner online ammo store, The Sportsman's Guide, Bulletproof Body Armor HQ, and BTP Arms for selling James Holmes equipment that he used when he attacked the theater in Aurora, Colorado in 2012. This lawsuit has a very weak basis as Brady already lost a very similar lawsuit against ArmsList for a murder that one of their customers committed. However, lawsuits can be expensive to defend and can be used to shut down or restrict others actions even if they don't have solid legal basis.
In addition to the general stupidity behind these lawsuits, their own press release has some odd info. They name "Lucky Gunner (bulkammo.com)" as one of their defendents. Those appear to be two separate companies located in two different states, so I'm not honestly sure which they are suing, or if they properly know.

Good to know. I thought the dirtbag had pleaded guilty and been swept from the headlines. Guess not.
As to this thread's lawsuit, has it left skid marks on the bowl yet?
