Just when you think you are prepared someone will have an impenetrable knight helmet on and come lance you on a horse wearing body armor, can never be too prepared or accurate with your shots that is for sure

This is my body armor. I don't have my thigh amor on in this shot, but I do have it! But alas, none of it is bullet proof!

Thank you! My modern body armor is much lighter, and much easier to get on and off.

Exactly, I think I have been told 2 shots to the chest, no effect, one to the pelvic/thigh!

A few more changes. Finally got the last mag pouches switched to BFG elastic. Much less bulk. Replaced some G-code tacos..

While issued an IBA, we had throat guards. Not sure how effective they were.

Had a crotch flap, as well. They weren't to stop bullets, but shrapnel.

6 o'clock dump pouch replaced with micro trauma kit and TQ moved in tandem with.

I just got some Shellback armor from their website, got the Ramage 2.0 carrier and Level IV L410 ceramic plates it's on sale and I was able to use code Bravo15 for extra 15% off not sure how much longer that code is good for but got the carrier and 2 plates for $363.80 total.

Still got to get some mag carriers for the front placard. Probably going with esstac kywi tall triple, this carrier also has slots for mags in the cummerbund too
