I can't remember for sure if it is or not. But there's Sec8 housing all over this city that doesn't have shootings.

It's something about this one building, it really is like all the dealers decided to move in together and do all their business in one parking lot. Same parking lot a couple years ago where two dealers got shot back in 2017 and the suspects lit off out of town, never to be seen again. Cops are there all the time.

i work in bloomington on occasion and it always surprises me how it feels like the outer eastside of Indianapolis. then stories like this crop up and it seems like that feeling has truly come full circle.
