I recently adopted a gen 3 Glock 19 that I'd like to have night sights on. Too cheap to buy a sight pusher!

Also any recs on custom slide milling in the area?

Buy a sight pusher. They're not much. You'll pay the same amount for the pusher as you will the one time for someone else to do it for you. At least you'll have the pusher now for the next time

Glocks are very easy to install sights on. Front one is super easy with the right tool. Rear is easy with a derlin (sp?) rod.

I use a brass punch. I think it's much easier than trying to line up a pusher to not accidently rub some slide finish off. Bench vise with plastic jaw inserts and masking tape the slide, just in case.

Delrin would be great, if it's sturdy enough. Got a source for your delrin drifts?

I think I ordered from Amazon. I have a brass punch too.
