It's been taking about 30 seconds for 18-20 yr olds to go from "New" to "Delay" Have yet to get a "Proceed" since the beginning of this.

Anyone that’s delayed will have their home address sent to local law enforcement, and all 18-20yo are to be delayed. Delays allowed up to 10 days, but FFL has to have home address reported within 24 hours.
This is ridiculous.

FYI, "Proceeds" have now been taking 3 1/2 minutes vs the 20 seconds they were. Don't know if that's just because of holidays or what. It started yesterday.
