To wit, the Bump Stock Rule is still in litigation nationally with another year or two being needed before SCOTUS has the final word. Same as the 80% frame and other home brew guns (aka Ghost Guns), and the Pistol Brace Rule. I expect he'll attempt magazine and semi-auto rifle bans by AFT Executive Fiat next.
