So if I have this straight, you need a license? Isn't part of your right to keep and bear arms the ability to purchase, and therefore selling also should not be infringed?? Everything regarding firearms is protected by "shall not be infringed" which as I see it, should include the buying and selling of those arms. The only reason licenses for anything seems to be just another way for a governing body to take more of your money which in the case of firearms seems to be another violation of the former supreme law of the land.

They're doing is on purpose. They know it's unconstitutional. They just make us use our personal finances to sue them and they in turn get to use our tax dollars to fund their federal attorneys. Drag it out and try to put financial strain on we the people. I'd like to see the Fed get sued for these frivolous "laws" and rules under the guise of malicious intent. Then found guilty. I don't want monetary compensation as the sentence. I want those law makers that are guilty stripped of their office for eternity, loss of all pension and minimum 24 months in prison.

Biden has called for Congress to pass universal background checks, but such legislation is a non-starter in the GOP-controlled House.
