After all the tyrannical nonsense the US people have been put through, this could be quite enjoyable to watch unfold. A lot of us knew the CYA tattling would eventually happen and it could be a real wildfire.

Who knows. We live in a world drowning in subterfuge and propaganda. It looks like the NIH funded the work through EHA. Whether the NIH were witting participants remains to be seen, but, based on pre-covid statements by Fauci regarding GOF research, it would be surprising if he wasn't. As accusations begin to fly back and forth we might start to get a clearer picture. I thought early on that America and the West might have been involved somehow, or we probably would have come down hard on China by now. Might even have started a war. It would also explain the near universal dismissal in the West of the lab leak theory early on. There are some puzzle pieces coming together, but it's still difficult to make out the picture yet.
