Only Question: Mag Dump & the Perp is still Moving?
    Baltimore PD carrying 22's?
Once again, we see that shot placement matters.
Hits in the lower torso are simply painful in the immediate term. It's going to take a long time to incapacitate someone. Obviously they seemed necessary here, in order to protect the victim from over-penetration. Luckily, it did change the perp's behavior.

Only when those hits were upper torso do we see incapacitation and even then it was the final, carefully aimed shot that broke the camel's back so to speak.

Of course, the "Community Leaders" are race baiting and claiming this was an unjust shooting. The knife wielding manic was an anti-gun activist, which I find hilarious.

Here are a couple quotes from the above article :

“I think what we have here is a disconnect between the Baltimore Police Department’s training and policies,” said Earl El-Amin of the Muslim Community Cultural Center of Baltimore.

He said this calls for increased scrutiny of how the department trains officers to interact with people in a mental health crisis."

"For members of the Black community who witnessed the shooting or watched the video, the images are traumatic — the latest depiction of police violence against people of color, Johnson said."

“How can we continue to build trust if we continue getting shot down in the streets?” said Joshua McLean of West Baltimore-based Faith Empowered Ministries. “The police are supposed to be protecting us.”

It's funny how this is a clear case of a justified use of force, yet it's being spun as systemic racism. It's also funny how now every mainstream news articles always capitalize the word black, but never capitalize the word white when it comes to describing race. It's almost as if they have an agenda.

Regardless of how this plays out legally, the media and local activists are going to zero in on the cop standing over this guy and shooting him while he is on the ground.

Officer 1: I'm sorry ma'am, he's having a mental health crisis and our new use-of-force policy dictates a non-violent therapy intervention.

    Officer 2: She dead.
