Guy called in the Mock and Rob show a little while ago. He said doing the interview gave the prosecutor a good reason to have a gunsmith check the function of the gun to see if it was capable of firing without the trigger being pulled.

He also mentioned Jim Voyles (Guy described him as the best defense attorney in Indiana. I think Kirk referred to him as "a velvet glove" once) said NEVER talk to the press if you're being prosecuted. Sounds like sage advice to me.
The Viva Frie dude up in Canada said the same thing after that strange roadside interview he did in Vermont. STFU, as he put it. Its his narcissistic nature that compells him to keep running that mouth, convinced he can talk his way out of anything.
This all reminds me of him and the rest of the Film Actors Guild portrayed in Team America.

Catching up on this thread tonight and I thought you were talking to me for a minute there.
(And on that note, I'll STFU now.)

Nope, just very good unsolicited legal advice that this guy will never follow.
Indeed. He needs to STFU for sure.
People who insist on running their mouths about cases they are involved in, are even dumber than we initially think.
(Rittenhouse is a good example of what to do: say nothing until the court asks or the case is over.)

    He's a puppet.

A good puppet, but a puppet.
So, he only needs enough brains to be a puppet.
