    Mine took 274 days - Efile - Single Shot Trust - just got it in March. I called a couple times during the process and all they ever told me was “it’s pending” so it was a complete waste of time calling them.

    There is a sticky post here that has NFA wait times. I found that to be very accurate.

    Just be patient. If the status changes then you'll get an email. My eform4 took about 9 months. I was in the same boat as you, wondering if something was wrong and I'd have to resubmit. I called to check on it and they just said it was still pending. They claim 90 day approvals, but to my knowledge that hasn't happened but a few times.
