i am a machinist looking for a gunsmithing apprenticeship. Fresh out of LincolnTech. i've learned everything from bench work with hand tools, including reaming and tapping by hand, to CNC setup and programming. familiar with calipers and micrometers, tolerances, etc. i also have my first level Mastercam certifications on mill and lathe. unfortunately i didn't get a whole lot of actual machining time. i have a huge desire to keep learning, and really want to learn about and work on firearms. willing to work cheap, or possibly free depending on travel time. if anyone has any leads it would be very much appreciated. located in New Castle.
