Last couple of years been using a 6.8 SPC. ARP 16” Scout barrel in a Centurion upper. Anderson lower I assembled. Rise Armament trigger. Steiner glass.
Have you ever stuck a can on it? I'm considering a future 6.8 ARP barrel for whitetail but was thinking SBR or pin & weld with a threaded/adapter for a suppressor.

Not yet. That’s in the works, possibly for this season. I have access to a couple of cans, just haven’t done it yet

    Assorted parts sorted out, finally.

Top: BCM C8A3 upper on Centurion lower

Middle: SIG516 (UK overruns) with drilled and pinned muzzle device (BCM) on Centurion lower

Bottom: RRA PDS, drilled and pinned gas block. (Love this gun, but it is complete evolutionary dead end)

Now to get sights and proper triggers in them. C8's selector is super stiff too, need to stone that one.

My recent light rifle build. I've had this BCM for years and it's never been out of the box. I started to realize how heavy and complicated my rifles have become and decided to build this one as light as I could using simple fixed sights and nothing fancy that folds or adds unnecessary weight.

As an aside, somehow the irons were spot on when sighting it in and I didn't have to move them at all.
