Swapped the Primary Arms SLx 25 for a Primary Arms SLx 1-6x. Same ACSS reticle in both.
I have a Leupold Mark AR cantilever mount coming in to replace the Primary Arms mount- As suggested by Ruger_Ronin!

Once I have the Leupold mount on, the rifle will weigh 6 lb. 12 oz unloaded. Sweet!

Got some updated pics of my favorite AR. Look a lot better than my old ones I've shared before. This is just one Squid's take on the Mk12

    18" stainless 1 in 8", 5.56 chamber
    Rifle length gas and buffer
    Ace Skeleton stock
Upper and lower are a Stag / SAA mix
    Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8
Gets fed a diet of Hornady 75gr HPBT

This combination is really effective. On 2.5x it can be used with speed at close range targets. Rifle stays flat with the gas / buffer combination. Lay down and dial to 8x, man sized targets at 550 is honestly pretty easy.
