Seeing the original was started in 2008, it is well past time for a second edition.

Post your AR pics and tell the story.

Ensuring that Colts are up front in a place of honor and respect.

Top 2, Colt AR-15A3s (Model 6721 for my bronies), Magpul furniture, Tango Down grips, CMMG single stage triggers and Phantom flash hiders wearing Swampfox Tomahawks.

Bottom, Colt AR-15A4, ALG ACT trigger, SIG Bravo3 3X prism optic in ADM mount.

My original training carbine, started out as Armalite lower and upper from 90s, wore out lower, replaced lower, upper is replacement, Armalite 2004ish upper 1:9 twist, not F marked (use Canadian front post), Troy rear sight, BCM Med Charging Handle, Magpul furniture (broke Sully stock), Phantom flash hider, ALG ACT trigger, usually wears ACOG mini.

(I like green, but my green guns were unintentional as I bought green AR-15s to stand out in the gun school rack. Hanzi on foreend is my Chinese name).

Top is a YHM Model-57. Nice billet lines, but heavy...

2nd from Top is a new Aero Precision build I just cobbled together. Very very impressed with Aero's M4E1 build quality. If the lower had straight walls I would say that you cannot get better. Yes I have a LMT ambi lower...I'd rather have three M4E1's. I put Timney's 667S-ST trigger and I like it better than all my other triggers (very close comparison to Geissele 3G flat trigger). This is my first build with a Hason performance barrel and I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the pinned gas tube-barrel interface. Will be interesting to see what accuracy I can achieve with this setup. It's close to 6bs empty (no optic, ammo, no muzzle device)...we shall see.

2nd from Bottom: Old PSA build that I've upgraded. This was one of PSA's billet sets they came out with years ago and so I got one of their latest m-lok rails and painted that to match. I used Brownell's Alumahyde II in OD green. It's got a KAK dimpled 18" barrel with a rifle length gas setup so I opted for the A2 buffer which is why I installed the Hera Arms stock. I really like the stock. Looks to be different shades of OD green, but they all closely match.

Bottom: 40mm Geissele Super Duty - doesn't it look terrible? :dunno: Looks much better in person but it's still attempting to pull off a SCAR 17S fde contract in (50) shades of greenery. My favorite part of the rifle is the B5 stock....why don't all my carbine rifles have these?

Looking forward to sighting these in this year.

Shoutout to Tombs up above... nice setups.
