what I got going on lately.

    1. Bravo Company 14.5 build I did 5 years ago that has evolved a lot. My main rig. Just recently gave the LPVO/off set dot a shot and I'm sold. I went all out on this project and I don't regret it lol

    2. Rock River 16in gun I picked up here on INGO and outfitted with some old school gear. This rifle is awesome. I really dig the SWAT vibe.

    3. Palmetto 16in project I'm still working on, mostly using left over stuff from other builds.

    4. Palmetto 11.5 Pistol.

Which LPVO did you go with? I have a Primary Arms on my 10/22 but am looking at options for my AR.

    A bit of bragging here...
I participated in the Marty Brown Invitational at CAJMTC and won Sunday's skills challenge. 1st prize was this Diamondback AR15. 2nd picture is the rifle I used to win the prize (PSA upper/lower, Faxon 18" gunner barrel, Larue MBT, Trijicon 3-9 scope. Ammo used was Gorilla 69 gr SMK).

Man thats s nice looking stock on that rifle what did it run to enter that match. Would love to try something different like that. As benchrest for 35 years is just boreing to me anymore as most of my old friends are gone now or unable to shoot matches anymore. Are you restricted to a certain caliber?

The stock on the winning gun is a Magpul PRS Gen 1.

If you shoot well in a Revere's Riders event or one of the Marty Brown Open events (1 pistol, 1 rifle event), you can request an invite from Mr Brown.

The match allowed any centerfire rifle. We had lot of AR, a few Garand, iron sights & scopes this year.

It's a 3 position unsupported, sling-only Army Qualification style match shot against the stopwatch at 100 (standing), 200 (transition to seated), 300 (transitions to prone) & 400 (prone) yards with extra skills challenges out to 500 yards.

There was a skill challenge at each berm. Winners squared off in a timed 5 balloon popping challenge to make the finals. The top 4 shooters got 3 sighter rounds at 500 yards then a single shot closest to center bulleye won.

I wasn't sure if I should put this here or the generic rifle S&T thread. Picked it up a week or two ago. Sig 716 Tread (AR-10) in 7.62 NATO

I'm glad you put this in here. I saw those online a week or so ago and I've been researching them since. How's it been for you regarding accuracy and reliability?

I haven't gotten around to actually shooting it yet but I'm off work tomorrow so I may get out and try it out then.

31950489_2108009866097334_6114990946451980288_n.jpg at one point in time this was forced into service as my patrol rifle. We switched from issued rifles to personal rifles so while I was putting pennies back for my bcm our armorer okayed this psa premium upper, ruger elite lower. It had an aim point but my astigmatism was too bad if I were to lose my glasses so I switched to a carry handle. Theres a stream light on the other side, vtac sling and cat tq.
