Where ever my GPS says I am
To put 31's on comfortably, you will need more then 3". I am a bit jealous of the two door. There is one in town (96 I am guessing) 2 door country. If I ever lose my 99 due to a wreck, I will be trying to buy it. It looks in descent shape. As for flipping, here is a video of a XJ 6.5" lift on 33's.

Also here is an XJ on an RTI ramp, it made it up and down fine. Cherokee's are wide enough to be stable.

Prime example of wider tires and also Jeeps are stable.

Drove into that position and drove out of it.

As for the comment earlier about fixing it half the fun of owning a Jeep. I got the Jeep in good shape, but I had to fix a few things.
Water pump and thermostat (tstat twice)
    new front shocks
    new tires
    brake pads and rotors.
upgraded the speakers to 6.5" in the rear and better in the front
front tow hooks (still working on rear recovery point)
led bulbs inside the jeep and on the brake and back up lights

I have put money into it, nothing major yet though (knock on wood). Thing is, now my XJ is my DD.

I never get pics of me in the jeep. We really don't stop long enough to take pics.

I am headed to Wishbone Ranch next weekend I will be sure to take some pics.

That is my issue, the few times I been able to get pictures, it hasn't been many when I was driving.

Stop it! You guys are enablers! You already have me wanting to buy more guns, now THIS! I like that yellow Rubi, I had a yellow TJ for a short while. I loved it, but it had issues and we traded for the one i have now.

I went to Badlands Toys for Tots day in 2010. They predicted maybe 2-3" of snow, we got 5-6. It was awesome. I was riding in a JK owned by a friend that is 100% stock. Also in the group was a TJ on 35's and a TJ on 33's.

Wasn't part of the group, but this MJ was sexy. 89 MJ with a 99XJ front clip and interior. 33's and upgraded axles. Lockers and other stuff. Ended up going to the west coast.

This CJ seen others playing on this rock wall, he didn't make it up or down on all fours. We winched him over and he rolled back to his trailer.

Yeah, it looks a lot more yellow in the first pic! I like either color. I have a yellow (chrome yellow) Harley. I did not set out to buy these yellow things, they were just what was available, but it kinda grew on me!
