It's sad but true.. Lots of new people in the market and they will pay what ever it takes.. Usually over $900 a case.

Hey, I'm all for Capitalism & whatnot. But the guy that only shows up when he thinks he can more than double his investment is not someone I'd care to have hanging around the shop.

Noticed many who "joined" our close knit community recently quickly pay the toll and go straight to the classy's. Hoping those "armslisters" don't taint what we had before with their toxicity.

Some mornings I wake up not sure if the person selling 1000 rnds at marked up prices is any more the villian than the person searching for 1000 rnds in today's market.

The one thing is they wouldn’t go on market place ! So some newby to resale for $2 a rd

You know it’s bad when my niece from texas called me to check prices up here and see if I could spare a little bit of ammo to get her through the shortage . got to love family

You can find ammo at normal prices if you just keep looking. When your out and about and pass a LGS or Rual king or one of the chain stores pop in. They get shipments at all times of the day. True story on my way back from a call in Ft Wayne I was about to pass Cabellas in Noblesville. Thought I would just give it a try Right time right place. Found Winchester 5.56 150 round boxes 74.99 And 500 round bricks of .22 27.99. I bought 2 of each leaving probably 15 of each on the shelf The guy stocking things said find everything you were looking for. I jokingly said Hell no Thers no primers. He said wait a minute a truck came in a little while ago. Wait here. Came back with 4 bricks. 2 small pistol 2 large pistol. Both under 50 bucks. Sorry I bought them all. And this was 4 weeks ago.

You can definitely bird dog the stores everyday to get ammo. I don’t have the time to do that and if you do don’t be the guy marking it up.

If I sell ammo in this market to purchase something else in this market..... Why would I not sell it at market price? This is a fair question. Yes the market sucks, but it only sucks if you didn't buy it when you should have....

Would you feel the same if you bought amazon stock 5 years ago?

I see this as a community to help each other with gun question and issues and have fun and make friends. Most of the people here prob don't even need any ammo, they are prepared for times like this. But I make my money at my job not off those I respect. But this is just me.
