I saw this today at lunch time. Now that we have ObamaCare, now that the Overton Window has been shifted, I guess this is about as good as we can expect out of Washington.
It may be somewhat better than ObamaCare, but we'll still be stuck with .gov entitlements and be glad to have them by comparison.
