Sheriff’s officials say three people are in custody after a homeowner shot and killed an armed intruder during a home invasion in eastern Minnesota.

Though he is not expected to face legal consequences, the County Attorney’s office will determine if the shooting fits the criteria for self-defense.

I've done my share of fighting and I've decided that hand to hand stuff is for young people.
I'd rather explain why I shot the butt nugget than waste my time healing from the fight.

I think the same comment has or has been made in Indiana after a self defense shooting. Someone got shot, they have to review the evidence. BOTH parties(per the oft-discarded constitution) are innocent until proven guilty. ONE of the parties is guilty. They have to review who it was.
