I've done many deals in the classifieds and I can only remember one time that someone bailed and ghosted on the transaction which was disappointing as it was a well known member and I went out of my way to accommodate the sale.

Is it a normal tactic to not list a price that you are asking for on item but to only say- make offer?

Isn't this against the rules? I thought it said if you don't put an asking price it counts as an auction, and your ad would be deleted...
