2020 Squirrel Season

So my daughter passed her hunters ed today so we will be in the woods probably Monday morning.

Congratulations to the young lady!

Not the hardest goal in her lifetime, but a milestone nonetheless.

Finally got to head out today with my daughter. We went to the Galena Wetland Conservation Area in NWI. Didn't get into the woods until about 2 local time. We saw a piney right away and then later, a big bushy tailed way up in a tree. Tried to stalk over there but to no avail.

Weather was great and we found a great spot, once the deer hunters are done.

My daughter was using a .410 and I had my Model 12 in 16 ga and my MKII Ruger pistol.
