    Excellent communication, and he was very gracious even though I kept him waiting for an extra 15 minutes due to some traffic issues created by Norfolk Southern. Great dude to do business with...deal with confidence!

    Same here. I figured if you were to pull a fast one INGO would be the first to know lol, but seriously though excellent communication as well regarding the delays and the CZ was as described and fairly priced.
