      Use to have a Powered Parachute with a limit of 10,000 ft. Highest I went was 5000 ft. Best flying was 500 ft or less depending. Even in summer it gets cold up there. lol.

      Really? You don't get it at all. So property taxes are the lowest...big freaking deal. Your property worth 5 years ago was worth $600 a year in taxes...but your ok with taxes so we know that.
