      257 Ackley Improved

      I just picked up a 257 AI on a Mauser 98 action. I was curious if anybody had worked up a 257 AI load with 8208XBR? I really like 8208 but the burn rate maybe a little fast for the 257 AI, just wondering if anybody had experimented yet?:dunno:

      I just got my MGM 257 Weatherby barrel for my T/C Pro Hunter. Getting ready to start working up a load. Just wondering if anybody had a pet 257 load for a starting point. Looks like a good powder to start with is IMR 4831, of coarse I don't have any. Something else to buy.:dunno:

      Has anybody bought any barrels from Match Grade Machine in St George UT. I am looking at a 257 Weathnerby barrel for my Pro Hunter and they are the only custom shop I can find that will make a Weatherby belted magnum barrel for an encore.

      RELOADING IN CENTRAL INDIANA

      Why doesn't somebody open a decent reloading supply store in central Indiana. The Outdoorsman in Greenwood is ok, Gander Mountain might as well get out of the buisness, Plainfield Shooting Supplies doesn't have much. It's getting to the point where the reloaders have to mail order everything...
