      Stove pipe 101.....

      So exactly what causes stove pipes? The extractor? Weak guide rod spring? Weak or bad ammo? Ejection port? Limp wrist? A combination of things? A cheap firearm?? Thanks for your responses!

      Shock buff?

      I just picked up a couple of mint condition Colt Ace 22 cal. Would you recommend running a shock buff on the guide rod to keep the wear to a minimum.       Has anyone had any slide milling done for an rmr mount and any barrel and slide porting? Who did you use? What did you have done? Who would you recommend?

      Trijicon rmr 3.25 moa vrs. 6.5 moa reticle?

      I am looking for some feedback on a Glock 29 for a EDC. What do you think are the pros and be cons and why... Including what could potentially be the end result if you were to end up in court from a self defense situation.

      Pros and cons of carrying....

      So I was wondering the pros and cons of carrying an expensive firearm vrs a average price carry firearm for self defense. I have a farly good idea but I am sure someone will have even better advice for me. Average as in 1500 to 2000 and expensive as in 4000 and up.

      Slide swap.... 10mm to 45 frame 1911?

      Ok I was wanting to know if I could take a 1911 10mm slide and put it on a 1911 45 frame. Both are SA TRP... Main reason is only because the 10mm frame has chain link front strap and the 45 frame has 25 lpi checkered front strap. I prefer the checkered front strap! Thanks for the input.
