      300 BO cartrage not cemetrical

      Reloading 300BO with 150 gn flat base bullets . Some of the bullet are not seating cemetrcal When pressing cartrages in a cartrage gage they are tight and I can see rub marks on one side. I’m chamfuring the neck with a deburrring tool . Some bullets are plum . I’m using a Hornady die. How would...
