I've been thinking of building a one person box to help reduce overall noise while target shooting. While suppressors for every weapon I own would be cool, it's not financially or physically practical. I love loading up the family along with friends and their kids to go out on our land to do...
This is one of the Chinese EOTech clones of the XPS2. Works well. Trying to raise funds for my son who is shooting USPSA. ((spendy isn't it? :) )). $100, prefer face to face, but I would also ship at the buyers expense. Near Bedford
Looking for a Left Handed 64 Savage. They're cheap enough, but figured I'd see if someone had one handy they wanted to sell before ordering one, since I don't know of any stores that carry them. Near Bedford.
Tac 14 Hardwood. Has a few dings. What you see is what I have. Works great. Really like this, but trying to get funds for my son who is doing USPSA now. $400 FtF near Bedford. IN drivers license and would prefer CCW. Pending SOLD
With the new Washington State ban, it will effectively shut down Aero Precision's firearm manufacturing (unless there is a carve out). I wonder if they will shave off that portion of their business and send it out of state. Any firearm manufacturer still in blue state is just waiting for bankruptcy.
Has anyone put together a left handed AR 22? Wanting to put one together for my son. He shoots with right handed ones, but occasionally drops brass down his sleeve. I have a left handed AR10 and do enjoy not having brass fling out across my face. So I got to thinking about making a 22 version...
Out of curiosity, though I've never seen one myself, are there any double actions that look like the old single actions? Obviously there is some element of form following function, but certainly you "could" make a double action that looks very similar to an older single action.
My son is getting started in USPSA youth. I wanted to set them up at home for him. Before going out and buying new, figured I'd see if anyone has transitioned out and might have gongs they aren't using now.
Thanks!
How many here run 38 super? I've been intrigued by this round. I don't own anything in it.. yet. Is there any reason I should just keep walking? I was looking at the 357 sig, and then ran into the 38 super. Looking to get some opinions on it.
I've been looking at the Walther G22. Considering trying to find one, but mainly with my 10yr old in mind. He can should my Winchester 190, but the length of pull is still a touch long for him. Obviously the chances of finding a G22 in a shop is unlikely these days. So figured I'd ask here. How...
I've had this 190 for many years. Every so many shots I'll get hit in the face with debris (I'm a southpaw) but nothing more than say someone throw salt at you. I'm guessing it's shaving just a little bit of lead during the cycle. I doubt a right handed shooter would ever notice, since it ejects...
I was reading this article: https://www.ssusa.org/content/feeding-the-ishy-low-pressure-7-62-mm-nato-for-india-s-enfield/
and thought it was odd. I've shot hundreds if not thousands of rounds through those rifles with everything from spicy 308 hunting rounds to standard issue NATO rounds...
I just saw today that Ruger is getting sued over a murderer in Colorado two years ago. Ruger has chosen to stay in Connecticut where the court has allowed these people to file a lawsuit despite the Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. Even if they win, the legal costs are transferred to us in the end...
Looking at having holes for a no longer existing scope mount on an 81 Remington filled. I've seen the suggestion of loctiting screw into the holes, grind the heads off and peen the remainder to blend it into the receiver. Many mention tig, but I can't find an example of where it's been done (and...
Precision has 209s. I was going to order some shotgun primers as I just can't find them locally. I'm near Bedford, and would be willing to order and receive several if some people wanted to save on Hazmat and shipping. It'd be roughly $75 per 1000 after taxes, shipping and hazmat. Anyone...
I came across a 444 Creedmoor (rolling block). I have no intentions of buying it, but I never heard of, nor could I find info on a 444 Creedmoor. Is it similar to a 444 Marlin?
