Utah is a beautiful place but I believe it was just published as the fastest growing state in the US ... which is never a good thing. So many tech companies have located here and Amazon has built 2 huge distribution centers here in the valley.
Can anyone give their pros/cons with their experience with this scope from Athlon? A friend who hunts with the same scope has had no issues with his. More opinions could only help me with my decision. I plan on doing bench shooting up to 600 to 700 yards on my Savage 10FP SC with mine.

I have been out here since 2006 and I still think Indiana gets more snow than we do here in the SL valley. Now if you go to higher elevations in the mountains, that is another story.
I have a few wheel guns that I sure enjoy shooting and some days just looking at ...

A friend with horses invited me to go on a horseback trip to scout for elk in the Ashley National Forest. It was for 4 days and was an incredible

I thought I would post a couple of pictures of the part of the country where I moved to from IN years ago. I am not sure if this is the right forum and just delete if it doesn't belong here.

Just found this site. I lived in IN most of my life but moved out west about 15 years ago. My gun interests are in reloading for older Marlins (pre-2009), S&W revolvers, a Sharps rifle made in Big Timber, MT, and starting to build another long range rifle setup. Hope to learn some things here...
