      So according to the IL State Police (from what I've read), if you're an IN resident, carry in a vehicle is legal so long as you have your LTCH on you.       Local fees - 2/12 Pending ISP Approval - 3/16 Just out of curiosity, did anyone else get a printoff of their application from their local agency? I remember putting in my city/state of birth for example but the printout only shows the state - has anyone else seen this?
