      Hummingbirds Yet

And as soon as I hear a jenny wren, I'll shake the sparrow and blackbird nests out of the martin house. Those little wrens won't put up with intruders.

      Is Silver next?

Question here. I have some junk silver and was wondering if cleaning it hurts the value? If it doesn't, what is the easiest way to clean it. Maybe even a few silver dollars. Thanks

      Ticks 2024

My beagles were in the pines this weekend and came in the house with about 5 ticks on them. It seems they try to climb to their head or back to get away from the skin smell. My Uncle said how do you find them so small? He's used to seeing them blown up full of blood.

      Watch out for ticks.

I believe someone on here suggested putting peppermint oil on them to get them to release. I haven't had to try it yet but am prepared.

      Plymouth 200..Plymouth indiana

Well Plymouth was a busy show. I bought nothing but remember my Dad saying "these prices are BS". That was 20 years ago but now I understand.

I go mainly for the glass faced junk boxes. I've picked up some good deals from them. Might find a knife I need too.

      Ticks 2024

Since it was warm today and the dogs would be running the pines, I remembered the Bronco Equine Fly spray someone recommended. 45 minutes running and no ticks to be found. It has 3 ingredients with permethrin listed at .1%. Other ingredients listed at 99.376%. I think I got it at TSC.

      Ticks 2024

My 2 beagles get flea/tick/heartworm 12 months religiously. It doesn't stop the ticks from trying to get them. Every once in a while we will comb out a dead one brave enough to bite them but quite a few ride on them into the house.

      Ticks 2024

I counted the tic jar at my Mother's today, 45 so far this year with 5 added today. I've only found 1 crawling on me after the 2 beagle get combed.
