You can fit 2 dozen raw eggs per tray with a medium freeze dryer.
I haven’t done raw eggs yet, mainly because my chickens suck, and I never have 96 eggs. I’ve only done scrabbles, and skillets mixed with meat and veggies.
Ice cream is fun too, I didn’t eat any since I’m doing low carb, but it looks pretty, and was a big hit at the party I took it to.
