      Carry at DePauw U Commencement

      This came to mind from reading the post about transferring from state to state. Let's say, you move from Texas to Indiana and you own 5 hand guns.       A good friend of the family got addicted to pain pills years ago and went through a facility for treatment. He is now 5 years clean and wants to get his carry permit. Not sure if he would be able. Anyone have knowledge on this? Thanks!

      I will be at the local university for some CCE classes for a couple days and just curious. If someone saw me print and I was approached by university/police can they legally force me to disarm or tell me to leave, being a state university? Thanks for your help.
