just bought a pm-40, hang on tight, it's a load. suggest getting the extended clip for more grip, but the gun is awesome. great for carrying and very reliable, never leave home without it!!!
i recently aquired a kahr pm40 and every time i fire the slide locks open. has anyone else had this problem with this model or is there just somthing wrong with this specific gun?
i have hunted with both and if you are planning on shooting 75 yards or less the 357 will do you fine, but after 75 to 100 yards the it falls off quite a bit. i have actually lost deer by shooting them further than a hundred yards with my 357. now the 44 packs a heck of alot more punch after...

i have a marlin 1894 ss44mag and love it. i bought the gun new and did have a little trouble with the action being a little rough, but after a few boxes down the pipe, all is fine now. i have never shot the henry, but from all i have heard i definatly would not trade my marlin for one.
