      Why were the starting HHFs not the same as Carry Optics? It seems like LO HHFs are inflated as if major PF scoring is used. Eight stages, 19 shooters (152 attempts) and only 2 scores above 75% in LO.

      To answer your question, USPSA does not provide average scores for each classifier. Refer to page 4 of the USPSA Competition Rules for an explanation of the USPSA Classification System.
