How have you all adapted the hard fittings for the bag to bag attachment of the filter to other bladders?
I havent decided if I like the quick connects or not.
They seem a little too "hard" when placed in a pack, but they are what they are.
The best I have come up with as of yet is to carry...

I have in my possession a longrifle from the Jamestown, NC guild.
I have been researching, asking questions, perusing parts, etc., and would like to build a semi-replica piece to deer hunt with.

So, is the RC-6 large enough to do some chopping, heavier splitting...
...and the shortage of it seems to be easing a bit.
There is some ammo on the shelves at Dick's in Noblesville, although at the prices they have marked, they can keep it.
Maybe its a matter of time until the prices drop.

I bought a collapsible buttstock at the last 1500, and put it on my lower.
I am working on parts for the upper, or a whole upper if I find one, and have just realized I dont know which buffer I have in there.
How do you tell?
I have only been following this forum for a short while, but am quickly gaining appreciation for the insight, and respectful treatment of my questions.
Several other forums, especially one that specializes in the black rifle, exude condescension, arrogance, and a general lack of respect to...
My selector lever has always seemed a bit too easy to move.
Tonite I was trial fitting a new pistol grip, and the hole for the selector spring is deeper, making the durned thing almost floppy.
What is the prescription for a longer or stiffer spring?

Got the lifetime in a reasonable amount of time. I also knew I needed copies.
I went to Staples in Indy, and found that I was not willing to spend the $7.99 for 500 sheets of t^tty pink paper and have 494 sheets laying in a drawer for the next 7 years until I threw it out. They had no problem...
