Seymour IN - Tactical Response Fighting Rifle

Due to last minute deployment issues the Immediate Action Medical class scheduled for next Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 26 and 27) has been canceled. In its place we are hosting Fighting Rifle. A few INGOers have express interest in taking this class in the past. I know its spur of the moment...

Tactical Response - Seymour, IN - Sept. 2011 - Fighting Pistol and Immed. Action Med.

I think what John is refering to is that our range at Freeman field has been shut down. We will now be doing the class 15 miles west of Seymour at the County Seat fish and game club range. It is a good facility, just a little more out of the way.

      GLOCK 19 sights

I put Big Dot sights on all of my fighting guns and several other officers on my department have switched to them as well. Faster sight aquisition and no loss is accuracy. You won't regret it.

Tactical Response - Seymour, IN - Sept. 2011 - Fighting Pistol and Immed. Action Med.

Troy, thanks for the awsome notice to INGO. You beat me to it and did a better job than I would have. I know of several guys in Indy who have signed up. I'm planning on taking Immediate Action Medical this year. This is some really great training people. Who else is coming.

Pulled over with a couple guns

Myself and the 2 other officers in the room with me don't know what FPDP stands for. Perhaps Franklin PD??? Still don't know what FPDP is.

Pulled over with a couple guns

Good Cat, there is no such thing as a rolling stop. You are either stopped or still rolling. If you never ceased foreward movement then you never stopped. There is no amount of time that you have to remain stopped. You just have to stop until it is safe to proceed. Also, to the original...

      Small Flashlight

Another +1 for the Streamlight microstream. Takes 1 AAA battery. It is a great light. Small, durable, and good light output. Not very expensive either.

I liked the shotgun course. I've never taken a shotgun specific course before and this was a good taste. My favorite part is alway getting to meet the people that I see posting on line and getting to put a face with the name.

      Need help choosing alarm system

I highly recommend Myers Protection Services out of Greenwood. Their system can use a cellular backup so that it will work when the power is out and the phone lines are cut or not working. They monitor for fire, sump pump, and intruders. I have not had any problems with them and their...

How to store magazines for Glock 19?

I will second what Nate said. I keep all of my magazines fully loaded all the time. It will not wear them out.
