      Update: Spoke with the local sherrif about it. It didn't sound like he was too sure about the laws concerning this. He said he thought I might have to contact the state police or the FAA if it continues to be a problem.

      I met up with my neighbor and another friend he knows that lives down there. We were signed up with 8 Days Of Hope. They are a Christian based relief group. They are taking a break for Christmas, but will have a schedule on their website for their next volunteer days.

      Blur your house on google street view

      Make sure you really want to do this. I blurred my old house on Google Street View. When I went to sell it, I realized I could not reverse the process. Years later, it is still blurred.
