      I'm just thinking about going abroad for a few years, not because my liberties are being encroached (which they are!). I do plan on moving out west though when I get back! If it gets extremely bad, I'd go up to Alaska --> remote and remote!

      Insurance would be aweful...that's why there aren't more. And insurance is a must, one small accident could ruin you --> litigation/lawsuit BUT, if you do it, I'll be there camping all the time!

      Wouldn't it be a great idea to have a gun check at the Statehouse and other government buildings? The place I feel most vulnerable is walking from my car to the statehouse. They already have security, they could have a locked room where you can check your gun...just like in the good ol' days!

      Disassembly/Reassembly instructions

      Thank you. I guess my concern is disassembling one of my guns and screwing it up. In all likelihood I could get it repaired but I'd rather not go through the hassle. Also, I'd like to know what EXACTLY each piece's function is for. I guess books will help with that too. Thanks

      Thank you all for your posts. Glad to know that it is no longer illegal. @aaron580 - I'm carrying a sig p938 Also, I've thought about putting it in the back pocket of my cycling jersey but it gets sweaty. I'm guessing that it would, in the long run, damage the holster/gun

      I've been shooting for a while but I don't know the "insides" of guns too well. Where can I go to learn about all of the parts of a gun, how to disassemble, repair, reassemble, etc.? Appreciate the advice.
