Gun show loophole closing?
The BIPARTISAN SAFER COMMUNITIES ACT that was approved by congress gave the alphabet soup the ability to be able to make theses changes. It was intentional and there were republican representatives, even from our state of Indiana I believe, that voted in favor of this.- LuckyOne

Gun show loophole closing?
The very definition of "engaged in business" IS being expanded by this new rule. I think there were some republicans crossed party lines and voted with the democrats to allow the alphabet soup to be able to make theses changes.- LuckyOne
