Alliant's 2004 Powder manual had 38 special and 38 special +P loads listed using Blue Dot but I have no experience with Blue Dot.
I do have a pdf copy if that would help.
Does this mean that the NY LEOS were exempted from the semi-auto rifle and shotgun ban.?
If law enforcement did not receive an exemption how would this effect the Secret Service?
Wow, I did not foresee that ever happening.
They will decide that it had absolutely nothing to do with the information being published on line, the woman must have slipped up.
Another instance of when seconds count the police are minutes away.
According to the press conference the shooter was seen walking across the parking lot and 911 was called, the armed guard for this school was snowed in and no replacement was provided.
"I would rather live with disapproval for carrying a gun than hear condolences for my loss."
The actual wording may vary depending on who is asking but that is my basic response to why do you carry from everyone.
Easily personalized and effective.
That is the point of contention, The law was changed, you no longer have to have physical possession of your LTCH while carrying and yet you are arguing that if you don't like the current law change it. Shouldn't you be for requiring LEO's to follow the law.
But there was nothing to base this opinion on, OC is legal, not having your LTCH on you is legal, so no good reason to think "moron."
By the way your post 385 was"
I have, he was legal under the law. OC is legal, not having your LTCH on you is legal.
The ISP actions were legal but uncalled for IMO.
Synopsis: Two OCers are sitting at a table, a third walks in the door and the first two look at each other and say what a moron.
I have known enough LEOs over the years to know that the attitude of some of them matches Teds.
Ted obviously cares more about the quantity and not quality of his post. He can post so he does, but he is confused by OCers who do because they can.
I understand.
I do not understand your comment, A licensed individual walks into a place of business with a holstered gun to purchase his lunch, where is the safety issue?
It is illegal to carry a hand gun without a license in Indiana. You can transport the gun unloaded in a case out of reach in your vehicle, but if it is loaded you need the LTCH.
The parents were shocked by this incident. Sounds like they did not know that their temporary house guest had unsecured guns, the gun owner should have known better than to leave firearms unsecured around children.
Totally inexcusable, relative or not, I would kick them out and not let them...
Get a non-resident permit/license form any state and you are covered because Indiana recognizes them all, unlike Illinois where there is no option other than be one of the few privileged elected officials who are allowed to carry.
You do realize that prior to GCA 1968 that the only prohibited people were those that were incarcerated or institutionalized?
There is no way to prevent violent behavior, the question is, how are we allowed to respond to violence?
