      What are your preferred sights on a defensive pistol?

      Unfortunately no. I am hoping to find a SA/DA at some point. Come to think of it, I haven't seen any SAs locally.

      Revolver for CCW Questions

      Agreed,the 3" 65 is as good as it gets for IWB/OWB revolver carry. I would also suggest looking at a S&W 640, if you want a J-frame with a little weight.

      CZ75 Compact vs 1911 9mm

      Even the ones that come out of the CZ custom shop run well. But, in my experience, the SP01 Shadow doesn't care for hard primers(i.e. Tula) But, they aren't setup to "eat" everything either.

      I still prefer the feel of the 2nd and 3rd generation Glocks. But, the one Gen 4 that I do have wears no backstrap or beavertail.

      CZ75 Compact vs 1911 9mm

      Not all 1911s will outshoot/preform CZs, I can assure you. Especally, if we are talking 1911s that are chambered in 9MM.

      HK P30 Fans...DA/SA (V3) or LEM versions?

      For the P30/L I prefer the V1. I don't care for the placement of the decocker on the V3.

      The 40-9 conversion barrel I had, shot a little to the left. But, it was reliable and consistent. For plinking, they are fine.

      Where do you draw the line?

      I think you should carry what you are comfortable with, while being able to hit your target.(with the firearm that you have in your holster) Don't just carry something that is comfortable to carry, and leave the one(s) that you shoot well in the safe.

      Candidates for the best REAL pocket gun.

      Any of the alloy "Centennial" J-frames. Especially, the 340PD and M&P340. But, the 442 and 642 work too.
