Yikes! That trigger guard attachment sure looks like it will put a hurt on your trigger finger ... not to mention the rest of the atrocity.
But it is a Glock, so what else did one expect?
Great shooting @doddg.
I've always said that the Browning Buck Mark is better out of the box than a Ruger Mark (pick your number).
However, there are more aftermarket parts for Rugers, so you can make it as good as a Buck Mark ... maybe even better if you have that kind of disposable...
What you need is a gold coin to fill that space ... approximately 1/25 troy ounce looks to have the correct diameter (approximately 13mm).
Here's a few to look at ... https://www.apmex.com/category/10010/gold-coins?page=1&f_productoz=1%2f25+oz&_=1713656417860
You're thinking of bollards ... typically concrete filled steel posts used to keep vehicles from entering a protected area. Also large steel or wooden posts used to secure ships at a wharf.
If properly built, that enclosure should keep an angry rhino from escaping ... should! You were wise...
Only in the Czicko world …
Worked out a deal with B2V to buy his P-07 and Kadet kit. Meeting is all set for Saturday around 5:00 PM. Run into a bit of a delay, but through the magic of texting, we are able to keep the appointment. I get to the meeting spot a few minutes early, find a parking...
I too have tried Swampfox products and find them to be an affordable and reliable solution for optics.
Likewise, Sig Sauer also has some affordable and reliable optics options, especially in their red/green dot lines.
The other manufacturers listed above are unknown to me.
However...
grrrr ... I'm in the opposite situation ... (2) Buckmarks with threaded barrels and (2) .22 cans still in jail.
Turns out starting down the suppressor ownership path with an NFA trust may not have been the best move.
Here's a nice one with adjustable parallax from 10 yd. to infinity ... https://aaoptics.com/REFURBISHED-CROSSFIRE-II-4-12X50-AO-RIFLESCOPE-BDC_p_302.html
Also bigger objective lens for better light gathering.
AA Optics has an enormous inventory of refurbished scopes. It would be like a BOGO deal if @doddg were to get two of the same scope for head to head testing.
I know that we've discussed this before, but it's been a minute.
You don't have to keep a firearm in the same configuration as you bought it, and don't need to sell it as you bought it.
If you need a better scope to properly test a rifle, then get the better scope. If the rifle proves to...
Debate requires at least two interested parties ... guess I haven't made it clear enough that I'm not interested.
Let me rectify that ... I'M NOT INTERESTED!
You're the only person still trying to make this point. It is obvious that your business acumen is very high.
I'm looking forward to buying whatever you decide to sell at super low prices while you rake in the dough for not having to ship your products.
