      Marion County Fish and Game?

I've been a member there in the past, and if I move back to the Indy area, I will be a member again! Very nice, clean range, and everyone i've met there has been great. Can't recommend it enough!

      Lime Green Glock

Now you've got me thinking about what I want to do to my next one... I like it, but I would probably not go that bright!!

Who likes the S&W Bodyguard (Revolvers)?

I love my 642, great little gun. That with a few 158 grain .38 +p LSWC and I'm happy! (mine does have the lock, though...)

      Does Indiana allow Open Carry?

+1 Amishman44! If your situational awareness is up to par, and you feel comfortable with it, open carry is a viable option. Just remember that more than a few people don't know the law... But then I've seen people open carry, and nobody around them even notices. Just stay sharp & safe!

      Ammo Drying up in IN?

it's pretty thin here, unless you're into shooting clays. sporting shotgun rounds are *EVERYWHERE* but i can't find anything reasonable to feed a few other calibers... Precision looks good on some stuff, too bad they don't do .308...

Great comment on guns and kids

i would pay to hear that on TV!

Any other up and coming gun snobs here?

i don't think it makes you a snob just because you know what you like! I happen to like my Glock, my 1911 clone, my 642, and my Savage 16 (holy accutrigger, batman!) all pretty equally. I also happened to get great deals on all of them. I'm cheap that way! Just to stir the pot... I like my...

      At the gun store

unless it's something dangerous, i just sit back and let them go... until i feel the need to go!

that would have been my second guess...

      What was your first Handgun?

Springfield Armory .45 Sold it to buy my Glock 19. Don't worry, though I still have a couple of 1911's around, including a Colt, so I can still claim membership! ;)

Can't decide beretta, sig, or 1911

i personally would go with the 1911... Made by Sig! Very nicely built, and 100% reliable.

      Greetings from West Lafayette!

Hey Everyone! I just found out about this place through a post on another RKBA site, and am happy to become a member! Don't really know what else to say, i have varied interests, from hand to long guns, target to self-defense, and some completely off topic hobbies as well, which i'm sure will...

      GlockTalk.com advise

If you post the ad, you set the terms! The person who offers the trade ships first, and you wait to receive that shipment intact before you ship your stuff out. Pretty standard.

      Selling on Gunbroker

I've sold via gunbroker... Unless the buyer's FFL demands that the gun be shipped from FFL to FFL, in reality the law only requires you to ship to an FFL via an approved carrier. Since i sold a handgun, it was FedEx (announced, with a copy of FedEx policy in hand) overnight to their FFL, no...
