      Got my Mosin

      Mine is a Romanian carbine with the bayonet. It is really odd though, it is stamped 1995 on the barrel but 1955 under the receiver tang. The serial numbers match everywhere (except on the bolt) and the bluing finish is consistent throughout the rifle. Only thing that I can figure is that...

      @ JettaKnight: That is the problem, I'm not sure if the bolt was changed when it was rebuilt or if it was changed by the previous owner. I got it on consignment at a gun shop, so they couldn't tell me anything about it. Should have done more research before purchasing I suppose. @ Outlaw...
