      I bought a youth compound bow a few years back for my daughter because she showed interest in shooting. She never shot it and now it is just laying around. I have six arrows to go with it.       How often do I need to clean it

      I have a buddy that cleans his guns after every time that he fires a shot. Myself, I have a Marlin lever action 22 model 39A that has had about 15,000 rounds fired through it and it has never been cleaned. I shoot open sights and can hit a 22 hull at 30 yards still today.
